Processing

Once your order is placed we aim to prepare gift boxes within 1-3 working days. Please note that some of our personalised items have a lead time of up to 5 working days, this is always stated under the product description - please read carefully before purchasing. 

Please be aware that there may be busy periods throughout the year, however we will do our absolute best to get your orders out as fast as possible. 

We pride ourselves on working with small-batch and local artisan businesses and as a result, certain items can become unavailable on occasion without a lot of advanced notice. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of being ordered, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. If the item is especially unique and an appropriate substitution doesn’t exist, we’ll omit the item and issue a credit.

Ordering in advance ?

No need to worry about ordering in advance, we offer a "Do not open until..." stamp for your orders to let the recipient know it is for a certain date - simply request at checkout through the notes section. 

 

Delivery 

ALL DELIVERIES ARE TO THE UK ONLY.

STANDARD & LARGER GIFT BOXES

• Gifts are sent via Hermes Standard Shipping - £6.95 - (delivered within 2-3 working days, including Saturdays).
• If you are in need of a faster delivery option, you can upgrade to Express Shipping at Checkout - £8.95 (delivered within 1-2 working days, including Saturdays).
• Deliveries to the Highlands, Scottish Islands and Northern Ireland may take up to 5 days.
• All parcels are signed for, providing the added security of proof of delivery, making it less likely for parcels to go missing.

Please note:

• In the height of summer please keep in mind that we can not guarantee that the chocolate will not melt whilst out for delivery.
• Any orders placed after 4pm may begin processing the following day.
• Orders placed on Weekends, Bank Holidays and Public Holidays will be processed the following working day.
• Hermes do not deliver on Sundays, Bank Holidays or Public Holidays.
