Do you include receipts in the orders?

Your order will be treated just like a gift, so there will be no trace of a receipt or invoice. You will receive an order confirmation email with receipt details.

Don't forget to add a personal message to the note section when you check out! 

Can you help source other gifts?

We are always on the look out for new gifts to include and regularly update the website with new products, if you don't see what you are after let us know by emailing us at hello@thoughtful-gifting.co.uk and we will most certainly see what we can do!

(please note we are also able to incorporate pre-purchased gifts, simply add this information to your email enquiry and we can figure out logistics)

Can I change something about my order?

We allow a 30 minute window for any order amendments, however changes cannot be guaranteed. Should you wish to make any amendments to your order (such as swap products, edit gift messages, change a shipping address, cancel your order, or request a refund) these changes must be requested within 30 minutes of you placing your order on the website. Please email hello@thoughtful-gifting.co.uk quoting your order number and full details to request an order amendment and we will try our very best to help. 

Can I have my gift delivered on a specific date?

Whilst we can not guarantee a delivery day, we can put a stamp on the front of the parcel stating "Do not open until..." and add the relevant date for you! If this is something you would like, then please mention the date in the notes section at checkout.

Substitutions ?

We pride ourselves on working with small-batch and local artisan businesses and as a result, certain items can become unavailable on occasion without a lot of advanced notice. In the event an item is unavailable at the time of being ordered, we reserve the right to substitute an item of the same type, of equal or greater value, and as close to your original item as possible. If the item is especially unique and an appropriate substitution doesn’t exist, we’ll omit the item and issue a credit.

Can I get a refund? 

To complete your return, we require a printed version of your order confirmation as proof of purchase and valid reason for return. Refunds can only be issued if perishables are damaged in transit. To find out more please see our Refund Policy.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please do not send your purchase back to individual manufacturers.

I would like to include more than one gift box in my order - is this possible?

At present, only one gift box can be ordered at a time, so please order these separately, so that we have the details for each box and so postage and packaging costs are correctly applied. Alternatively contact us via email at hello@thoughtful-gifting.co.uk and we will be more than happy to help you with multiple orders.
